Nicola pursued a career in Ballet & Contemporary dance and was the owner, principal teacher & choreographer of a successful Dance Academy in Centurion, where she worked with many girls and young ladies for a bit more than 15 years.
She has always had an intense passion for dance & music; a special interest in human anatomy, physiology & nutrition, and a heart for children and their physical, mental & spiritual development.
A while after her 3rd baby was born, she successfully completed the Comprehensive BASI Pilates (CTTC) certificate and soon thereafter closed her dance academy to be with her (then) 3 children in Krugersdorp, where she had lived all along. She then furthered her pilates training and did some freelance dance & pilates teaching in surrounding areas.
During the past couple of years, she has completed numerous workshops with a special interest in child development & neuro-science. She teaches Pilates within her estate & constantly seeks new and interesting ways to get to engage and mingle with people of all ages.
July 2020, during the lockdown learning phase, she fell in love with the idea to home school her children – it is now almost 2 years since then, and both her daughters Mila (11yrs) & Lia (8yrs) ( are currently being homeschooled with the eldest brother Noah (6yrs), still in nursery school & the youngest brother Joshua (2yrs) at home – who knows, perhaps the 2 brothers will join in on the fun schooling soon.
Since the closing of her dance academy and figuring out who she was, as “Nicola Bosman Academy of Ballet & Contemporary” was the only thing she thought she was, it was by God’s grace that she soon realized that her identity did not lie in the “what” that she was doing, but rather the “who” she was to the people around her and that she can bloom where she is planted.
Later that year a God-given idea was born – Grit & Grace, authentic coffee & smoothie bar. Grit means having a passion & perseverance for long term goals; and you cannot have true grit without the grace of God.
Her journey on true identity, being authentic & being unique exploded, and during the past 2 years she noticed that one of the biggest struggles that women and children (and men) face today is greatly influenced by the image they have of, and about themselves as well as the lack of their self-worth and self-love.
Being a mother of two girls and also being the eldest of 3 sisters, she has much understanding of what goes through a girl’s mind, heart & body.
Her biggest desire is to equip young girls and women of all ages, to fully understand who they are as a person and to become the best versions of themselves that God has intended them to be.
Girl School is the perfect platform to instill a God-fidence of self-worth & self-love in young girls, tweens & teens. The Girl-School Mogale Team is grateful to be part of the amazing Girl-School family and is super excited & expectant for new friendships, community & breakthroughs in the youth and the next generation to come.

Girl-School
Sugar and spice, and all things nice; That’s what little girls are made of. Yet, there are thorns and thistles with hits and misses, they need loving guidance to navigate their way through this big world. Girl-School is designed for young girls from Gr 1 – 3 as a practical, FUN foundation for personal grooming, self-esteem and etiquette.
Girl-School Tween
From ribbons and curls of little girls to Teens with make-up and ripped jeans, Tweens fill the space from girly to grace, and do so without effort… it seems. Girl-School Tween is designed for Grade 4-7 girls to learn the ins and outs of first impressions, how to make a positive impact on herself and others, personal grooming, healthy friendships, and to navigate the amazing changes she is going through.
Girl-School Teen
Towels on floors and slamming doors could be in store for teenage girls. Girl-School Teen is presented to young ladies from Grade 8 – 11, empowering them with the skills required to navigate relationships with themselves and others, focussing on finishing and etiquette to make them well-rounded individuals and flourishing inside and out.
